These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdrumyy ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bdrumyy website at https://bdrumyy.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live dealer tables, and any promotional activities offered through the platform.

By accessing bdrumyy, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service on the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for informational purposes does not override the English text. In the event of any inconsistency between translations, the English version shall prevail.

bdrumyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at https://bdrumyy.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdrumyy.

To register and maintain an active account on bdrumyy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdrumyy enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and does not accept registrations from persons under this age under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You are using your own payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended account on bdrumyy. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where the platform is specifically blocked or excluded.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bdrumyy or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

bdrumyy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage — including before processing a first withdrawal — as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

If bdrumyy determines at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during the period the account was active, that account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance remaining in the account — including deposits made while underage — will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation, with net deposits returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

All financial transactions on bdrumyy are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are processed through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits and withdrawals via payment methods not listed above are not supported and will not be processed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdrumyy, however individual transaction limits may be applied by your chosen payment provider (e.g., bKash daily send limits). Players are responsible for understanding the limits of their chosen payment method.

Deposits are credited to your bdrumyy account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed or not received, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the mobile number used, and the amount sent.

Withdrawals are processed within 4–8 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours (00:00–06:00 BST) may be queued for processing at the start of the next available window. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdrumyy account. bdrumyy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

bdrumyy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Such checks are conducted to protect players and the integrity of the platform and are not indicative of any wrongdoing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdrumyy. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account. Any deposit linked to a disputed or charged-back payment will result in the corresponding balance being deducted and the account suspended.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk betting patterns, hedging strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional credits, or using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Communicating with or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or tournament formats where player decisions affect outcomes for others.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets in a deliberate pattern designed to exploit odds discrepancies for risk-free profit. bdrumyy reserves the right to void such bets and to restrict account betting limits accordingly.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way not intended by bdrumyy.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or obscuring the origin of funds. bdrumyy complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Account sharing or sale: Sharing your account credentials with another person, or transferring, selling, or purchasing bdrumyy accounts.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdrumyy staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

bdrumyy employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in immediate account closure without refund of bonus-derived winnings.

bdrumyy provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdrumyy makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content displayed on it.

bdrumyy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, system downtime, or connectivity issues on the player's side or on the part of any third-party game provider
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard
• Suspension or closure of a player's account in accordance with these Terms
• Decisions made by bdrumyy in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the voiding of bets, forfeiture of bonuses, or account closure
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Changes to the availability of specific games, betting markets, or payment methods

In the event of a technical error in a game — including an incorrect odds display, software malfunction, or data feed failure in a live sports market — bdrumyy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players without further obligation. bdrumyy is not liable for any losses a player might have avoided had the error not occurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdrumyy's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdrumyy is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through bdrumyy's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
